How booking and payment work

Payment

There is no deposit. A valid payment card is required to book.
We place a hold on your card 24 hours before your appointment for the booked amount. A hold is not a charge.
We charge the final approved amount 1 hour after your service is complete.
If the scope, price, or time needs to change after we inspect your vehicle, we get your approval before doing or charging for additional work.
Card details are handled by Stripe. We never see or store your card number.

Cancel more than 24 hours before your appointment at no charge.
Cancellations within 24 hours are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
No-shows are subject to a $50 no-show fee.
If we must cancel or reschedule because of weather, we move your appointment to the nearest available date at no penalty to you.

Serving Tampa within a 10-mile radius. We don't currently travel beyond that area, and we don't offer an extended-distance fee.
Mobile appointments have a $125 minimum. Any service or add-on may be combined to reach it. There is no separate call-out fee once the total reaches the minimum.
Please make sure the vehicle is accessible with room to work around it, and that water and power are available if needed.
Hours: Monday – Saturday, 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM · Closed Sunday. We only offer start times that let the work finish within business hours.

Paint correction, ceramic coatings, and ozone treatment are quoted individually.
A quote is valid for 36 hours after it is sent.
Accepting a quote works like any booking: card on file, no deposit, hold 24 hours before, charge after service.
Every ceramic coating includes at least a One-Step Gloss Enhancement as paint preparation, and is installed in an approved controlled environment.

We work carefully and use professional products, but we don't guarantee perfection, complete stain removal, or the correction of every scratch or permanent defect.
For coated vehicles receiving Showroom Shine, we use a compatible ceramic topper or sealant rather than a standard wax.
